- Job and delivery data — Appointment dates, service selections, delivery links, photo assets, and invoice status.
- Payment data — Invoice numbers, payment status, and payment confirmation identifiers. We do not store full credit card numbers or bank account details.
- Usage data — IP address, browser information, and timestamps collected when users access the Service. This information is used for delivery tracking, security, fraud prevention, and system administration.

- To schedule, manage, and deliver real estate photography services.

4. Third-Party Services

- Intuit QuickBooks Online / Intuit Payments Inc. — Invoices are created and managed through QuickBooks Online (Intuit Inc.). When a client pays an invoice through the Pay Now link, payment is processed by Intuit Payments Inc. RE Photo Tours does not process, store, or transmit payment card data. Intuit’s privacy practices are governed by the Intuit Privacy Statement.
- PayPal — Alternative payment processing.
- Dropbox — Delivery of processed photo files to client folders.
- Amazon Web Services (S3) — Hosting of preview and gallery images.
- SendGrid (Twilio) — Transactional email delivery (notifications, download links).
We do not sell, trade, or rent client information to any third party for marketing purposes. These third-party providers may process personal information on our behalf as part of delivering the Service, in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
5. Data Retention
Client job records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to operate our business, including for scheduling, delivery, customer support, and compliance with applicable legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the address below, subject to our legal obligations to retain certain records.
6. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, including encrypted HTTPS connections, hashed password storage, and access controls limiting platform access to authorized staff only. Access to internal systems and stored data is limited to authorized personnel based on role and business need. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Access to Delivery Pages — Client delivery pages are unique, non-public URLs generated using randomized identifiers. These links are not indexed or publicly listed and are intended only for the recipient. Access to a delivery page is controlled through possession of the link rather than a user login. Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their delivery links and should not share them with unauthorized parties.
7. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
